Karachi joins a global running movement where thousands of people across the world run together for health, unity and connection.
The Karachi edition took place on 23 May 2026 at Emaar Ocean Front, with more than 1,500 participants locally. Globally, the event brought together more than 245,000 runners.
One Run is an international running event built around one simple idea: distance may separate us, but movement brings us together.
Karachi became part of this global celebration, bringing runners of different ages, backgrounds and abilities together along the city’s waterfront.
Whether you were chasing 21.1 kilometres, running your first 5K or bringing the little ones along for their first race, One Run was about showing up and being part of something bigger.
